This second programme of famous 'Tractor Giants' features a further seven examples of large manufacturers from the tractor building industry.
International Harvester,
John Deere and
Oliver
all established themselves in the United States and exported many machines into the UK, where Marshalls were one of the major tractor producers. Examples of Massey Harris and Ferguson products are also seen along with a selection of Massey Ferguson tractors built after the merger of the two companies.
In excess of 90 different machines can be seen and bear tribute to a group of manufacturing tractor giants who helped to transform the agricultural industry following the demise of steam.
