Oi Jimmy Knacker is a vivid memoir of Ken Kimberley's childhood and youth in the prewar East End of London, illustrated in full colour by Ken's own beautiful paintings and delightful pen-and-ink sketches and comparative photographs.



His views of daily life recall a time when Britainís cities appeared to be friendlier places.
